Ubisoft unveiled a brand new trailer for Assassin's Creed III on Thursday, showcasing many of the game's new features including the hatchet and traversing colonial-era America.

Assassin's Creed III takes place during the American Revolution, where players take control of Connor, an assassin rebelling with George Washington and company. There's no word on what other founding fathers will be in the game other than Washington.

The new trailer, dubbed "Outsiders," shows off some nice hatchet action, melee with musket rifles, jumping through windows in colonial-era cities, and bears that sneak up on the player.

Running through the cities looks especially nifty, but I can't help but shake the feeling that Connor looks incredibly out of place with that assassin's garb in this setting.
