Termina Milk Bar Is Back

The Termina Milk Bar has made it's return to the forum once again, only this time it's a bit different.
The board has a set of it's own rules that go along with the forum rules.

One note able mention is that you have to PM an Admin or a Global Mod (preferably me) your idea of a topic for the Termina Milk Bar, and wait for it to be approved before you post it.

I am happy that it's back. There has been no General Discussion forum at all... there should be a forum where stuff that doesn't fit elsewhere goes.
