Favorite Anime?

Let's see: hate Blood+, hate Outlaw Star, hate Cowboy Bebop, hate Ghost in the Shell, and Boondocks isn't even anime, it's Americanime. Wow, if you think like anime, YOU are the wrong one.

Speed Racer (first one I ever saw)

Omfg. Forgot about Speed Racer! And I'm thinking about making a .hack// thread. My favorite was signs.

Yeah, signs was awesome. It was so funny and creative. And speed racer was great because they couldn't sync anything perfectly, so they filled the rest with nonsense, ooh, ah, ee.
Switch-Renn:
My current favorite anime is Umineko no Naku Koro ni, essentially a reimaging of Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None...
Excellent show, albeit the Visual Novel is far superior.

Right now, my favorite anime is, as surprising as this may seem, CLANNAD. For some reason, I find it remarkably touching in such a strange mix of happy and sad. Sure, it's a generic shojo, but compared with my usual shonen stuff, it's freegin' cool. Plus, Dango Daikazoku makes me feel happy.
By the way, I honestly don't care if the romanji of shojo or shonen are actually shoujo, shojou, or shounen.
