I tried that for hours but could never get it.

Medieval Nudist of the Dead:
In the MM speedrun he actually used that sort of glitched in Ikana Canyon. He got over those fences by turning into a goron, placing a bomb, then getting hurt in mid-air using a goron pound and got over easily.
